At Kitt Snacks, we take pride in the quality of the products we deliver. Because we manage our own logistics through our in-house delivery team, we maintain a high level of oversight from our warehouse to your door.

If you are not satisfied with the condition of your snacks, please review our policy below.

1. The Kitt Snacks Quality Guarantee

We aim for perfection in every delivery. However, if any items in your order are unsatisfactory—including damaged packaging, expired items, or incorrect products—we are committed to making it right.

2. Replacements

Instead of traditional "returns" (which can be cumbersome for perishable food items), our primary resolution is a free-of-charge replacement.

Review Process: All claims are subject to a brief internal review by our team to ensure we address the root cause of the issue (e.g., transit damage vs. manufacturer defect).
Resolution: Once approved, we will dispatch a replacement for the unsatisfactory item(s) with our next available in-house delivery vehicle at no additional cost to you.

3. How to Report an Issue

To ensure a swift resolution, please follow these steps:

Timeframe: Report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Contact: Email our support team at support@kittsnacks.com or log into your account at www.kittsnacks.com.
Documentation: Please include your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the unsatisfactory item. This helps our in-house delivery team improve their handling processes.

4. Exceptions

Change of Mind: Due to the food-based nature of our products and health and safety regulations, we generally cannot offer replacements or refunds for "change of mind" once a delivery has been completed.
Storage: We are not responsible for the condition of items that have been stored incorrectly after delivery (e.g., chocolate items left in direct sunlight).
