1. Agreement to Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (you), and Kitt Technology Ltd, located at 30 Wharfdale Road, London, N1 9RY, United Kingdom (we, us), concerning your access to and use of the Kitt Snacks website as well as any related applications (the Site).

The Site and App provide the following services: automated snack delivery, pantry management, and food product subscriptions to our clients (the Services). You agree that by accessing the Site and/or Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

Kitt Snacks is a service provided by Kitt Technology Ltd. While Kitt Snacks operates independently of Kitt Offices, it remains under the corporate umbrella of Kitt Technology Ltd.

 

If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are prohibited from using the Site and Services, and you must discontinue use immediately. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

 

1.2 The supplemental policies set out in Section 1.7 below, as well as any supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time, are expressly incorporated by reference.

 

1.3 We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates.

 

1.4 We may update or change the Site to reflect changes to our snack products, inventory systems, user needs, and/or business priorities.

1.5 Our site is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom.

1.6 The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

1.7 Additional policies which also apply to your use of the Site include: Our Privacy Notice which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you.

2. Acceptable Use

2.1 You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site and our snack services available.

2.2 As a user of this Site, you agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data or snack inventory content to compile a database.

  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us, especially regarding payment information or delivery addresses.

  • Make improper use of our snack support services or submit false reports of damaged or missing items.

  • Use the Site or our content as part of any effort to compete with the Kitt Snacks service.

  • Falsely imply a relationship with Kitt Snacks or Kitt Technology Ltd.

3. Information You Provide to Us

3.1 You represent and warrant that all registration and payment information you submit is true and accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us at privacy@kittsnacks.com.

4. Our Content

4.1 Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, Services, and Our Content (including product photography, descriptions, and software) are owned or licensed to us.

4.2 No part of the Kitt Snacks service may be copied or exploited for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

5. Site Management

5.1 We reserve the right to monitor the Site for breaches of these Terms and manage the Site to protect our rights and property.

6. Modifications to and Availability of the Site

6.1 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue snack products or services without notice at any time.

6.2 We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime.

6.3 There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies related to snack descriptions, pricing, nutritional information, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these at any time.

7. Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Site and Services are provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

7.2 Our responsibility for loss or damage:

  • Business Users: We will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business opportunity, or indirect/consequential loss.

  • Total Liability: Our liability for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the greater of (a) £5,000 or (b) the amount paid by you for the Kitt Snacks services during the six (6) month period prior to the claim.

8. Term and Termination

8.1 These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. You may terminate your account via your settings or by contacting hello@kittoffices.com

9. Mobile Application

9.1 If you access Kitt Snacks via a mobile app, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app on your wireless devices.

9.2 For business users: You shall not reverse engineer the application or use it to create a competitive product.

10. General

10.1 Visiting the Site and completing online orders constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications from us.

10.2 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Kitt Technology Ltd regarding Kitt Snacks.

10.3 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by English Law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
