Delivery Policy

At Kitt Snacks, we handle our own logistics to ensure your snacks arrive in perfect condition. To maintain our premium service standards and guarantee reliability, we operate a dedicated, hyper-local delivery model.

1. Delivery Radius: London Zones 1-2

We currently deliver exclusively to London Zones 1 and 2.

  • Coverage: This includes all major central London districts (e.g., EC, WC, SE1, NW1, W1, and surrounding areas within the Zone 1-2 boundary).

  • Outside this Area: At this stage, our checkout will not accept orders for postcodes in Zone 3 or beyond. If you are located just outside our current boundary and are interested in a bulk order, please contact us at hello@kittoffices.com.

2. The Kitt In-House Advantage

Unlike many snack providers, we do not outsource to third-party couriers. Every order is delivered by the Kitt Snacks In-House Delivery Team. This allows us to provide:

  • Careful Handling: Our team is trained specifically to handle food and beverage products, preventing crushed items or damaged packaging.

  • Office Expertise: Our drivers are experienced with London office logistics, including loading bay requirements, security desk protocols, and freight elevator access.

  • Reduced Footprint: By managing our own routes within the city center, we minimize unnecessary packaging and transit miles.

3. Schedules & Timings

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically fulfilled within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday.

  • Business Hours: Deliveries take place during standard office hours (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM).

  • Notifications: You will receive a notification once your delivery is scheduled and another when our driver is nearing your location.

4. Receiving Your Order

  • Access Requirements: Please ensure that your building reception or loading bay is authorized to accept deliveries.

  • Signature & Proof: Our drivers will request a digital signature upon arrival. In cases where a contactless drop-off is required, a photo will be taken as proof of delivery.

  • Redelivery: If we cannot gain access to your building, we will attempt to call the contact number provided. If the delivery fails, your items will return to our local hub, and we will contact you via email to reschedule.

5. Delivery Rates

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your specific postcode.

  • Subscribers: Members of our recurring snack subscription service often qualify for complimentary delivery within Zones 1-2.
